Booking Terms & Conditions:

1. TOLL, BOARDER TAXES AND PARKING @ ACTUAL
2. MINIMUM 300 KM PER DAY PACKAGE WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR OUTSTATION TRIPS.
3. TRIP NUMBER OF DAYS IS COUNTED BASED ON CALENDER DATE.
4. CAB HIRED TODAY AT ANY TIME & RELEASED NEXT DAY AT ANY TIME IS CONSIDERED AS 2 DAY CAB HIRING, HENCE MINIMUM KM WILL BE 600KM.
5. KM & TIME IS CALCULATED FROM OUR OFFICE TO OFFICE ( MAX 20 KMS BOTH SIDES )
6. OVER AND ABOVE 300KM PACKAGES, EXTRA KMS RATE WILL BE APPLICABLE
7. NIGHT DRIVING CHARGES APPLIED AFTER 11:30PM @ 200/- PER HOUR
8. DRIVER ALLOWANCE 300/- PER DAY FOR CAR HIRE & 500/- FOR BUS HIRE FOR OUTSTATION AND OTHER PACKAGES.
9. IN CASE OF NIGHT HALT DRIVER FOOD IS MANDATORY.
10. FOR OUTSTATION TRIPS, CITY/STATE PERMIT CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE
